What to Expect
A Crush is an online, workshop led by a "Navigator". (Like a private mind-gym to keep calm and clear.) Before each event you get link to a playbook, hop on Zoom and then are gently guided through a series of quick “Sprints” to help learn and tune techniques to use everyday in all parts of your life. Everything is private and introspective with no group shares.
With regular Crushing, you're able to act with more confidence through change.
The Crush is designed to help you fill in a fast, quick and easy reusable framework for your day-to-day life. In high change times, it helps you get clear on what's important to you.
The Crush is personal skill-building complementary to professional therapy or coaching. You'll leave each Crush with practical tools to change mental blocks into bridges and a map to make small positive progress to your What's Next.
